BMW 3-Series (F30) / M3 (F80) Saloon M-Sport Carbon Fiber Roof Aero Spoiler 2011-2019

Made of Toray T300 Carbon Fiber with a 3K weave and cured with an epoxy resin, reinforced with GRP. Finished with a high gloss UV-resistant topcoat. The T300 carbon material by Toray is the baseline carbon fiber used in automotive and aerospace applications. It has a 30 year production history and is known for its balanced composite properties, high quality, consistency, and reliability.

The spoiler is made made using the prepreg/autoclave method which involves in curing the part in an autoclave oven at high temperatures, which gives carbon fiber its strength. It is not made using the wet-layup process which is used for purely cosmetic purposes and has no strength.

Please ensure you follow our step-by-step fitting instructions for perfect fitment, however we do recommend professional installation by a competent workshop. No cutting/trimming is required.

After installation please insure you buff and polish the spoiler to remove any marks from handling, transport and installation.

As carbon fibre products are made completely by hand using a labour intensive process, some variation or inconsistency in the weave pattern is common. This does not affect the dimensions or the structural integrity of the product, nor does it affect the final finish of the product.
