Skunkwurx RaceDash Carbon Fibre Surround for Race Technology Dash2 and Dash2 Pro. Although originally designed for the Ariel Atom, we have had many customers install these units in a wide variety of track cars, from BMW's to Honda's to kit cars. It comes with no holes drilled, allowing you to use your own button and switch configurations.

Supplied without any buttons or Race Technology Dash2 / Dash2 Pro unit it is ideal if you already have your own parts to complete or you want to replace an mount, or to change the standard housing on the Atom 3.5 (and newer) dash.

If used on the Atom it and will require cutting behind and below to fit the car. This is left untrimmed due to the variations in tolerance of the car and to allow you to seat the unit to your preference. The carbon fibre can be cut with any Dremel-type tool. Should you prefer we can cut it before sending with the measurements we use.

Made of 100% Toray T300 Carbon Fibre with a 3K twill weave and cured with an epoxy resin. Finished with a high gloss UV-resistant topcoat. The T300 carbon material by Toray is the baseline carbon fibre used in aerospace applications. It has a 30 year production history and is known for its balanced composite properties, high quality, consistency, and reliability.

As carbon fibre products are made completely by hand using a labour intensive process, some variation or inconsistency in the weave pattern is common. This does not affect the dimensions or the structural integrity of the product, nor does it affect the final finish of the product.
